We are fast approaching the Ambiente Design Fair in Frankfurt, Germany, which starts tomorrow and runs through February 16, so I thought it timely to revisit one of the exhibiting companies, Hering Berlin , that I previously wrote about in October last year. As well as the Ambiente event, Hering Berlin also exhibited at the recent Maison & Objet Fair in Paris, France last month.
Stefanie Hering is a legend in the world of porcelain and glass design. If you are fortunate enough to have dined in some of the world’s finest restaurants you will undoubtedly have eaten off of, and perhaps even drank from, dinner services from Hering Berlin.
Hering Berlin’s multi-award-winning designs incorporate the intricate with the delicate and the stylish with the transparent to add a contemporary and regal feel to any dining table. Many of Stefanie’s designs are real works of art and can be seen accenting tables and cabinets of the rich and famous (Lenny Kravitz has a Hering Berlin vase in his media room), as well as on display as the center piece of a fine porcelain virtuoso’s collection.
Hering Berlin’s tableware can set the mood of a room, how fitting it should be exhibiting at a design fair named Ambiente.
