Felt rocks are formed by chance in the industrial manufacturing of large felt polishing wheels. These curious objects are a perfect medium for sharing the story of how felt is made – each wool fibre, a tiny hollow tube with burred sides, curls and entangles in the felting process, forming a strong bond without glues or binders. felt rocks hold a curiosity that attracts children and grownups alike, providing an infinite capacity for imagination and exploration.
felt rocks vary in shape and size and are packed in a functional natural grey wool felt bag, which is also available for sale on its own. Find felt rocks on Molo Design website.
