I love some of these ceilings! (so much so that I just followed you on Pinterest too!)
I have seen some beautiful new buildings go up recently, and yet every single one neglects to do something wonderful with the ceiling.
As probably the largest uninterrupted space in a room, it’s such a blank canvass to express yourself, yet so few choose to do it.

Blame the Quantity Surveyors and Accountants – they always try and play hero advising the client how they can save by cutting out the ceiling designs. Most designers don’t bother wasting time on it anymore as the budget is used up on other things.
