The Annie Leibovitz New York Home is for sale for $33 Million. She built this highly personalized compound, which was for her, family and business nearly 10 years ago and for me this is definitely a dream home coming true for anyone who will possess this in the future.

It stands within a 10,000-square feet area, which constitutes the three townhouses specifically located at the corner of West 11th and Greenwich Streets in New York. This modern home is surrounded by a private garden. The first two houses were bought back in 2002 and a year later the third one was acquired.

Since 2003, she renovated and connected all three homes into a modern architecture, which houses seven bedrooms and 13 classic fireplaces. The two bedrooms became living quarters and the third is a photo studio provided with its own great kitchen as well as a reception area.

Annie Leibovitz is working together with a broker to sell this home – who stated that it is rare for someone who created a masterpiece to put it up in the market. She had to move uptown so she can be closer to the schools of her three daughters.

Getting a peek on the interiors of this home is really inspirational. I would say I am really impressed by how she worked on the architectural and interior design. The layout is simply elegant and stylish. (via)
