The Contemporary Manhattan Beach Home has been designed by Steve Lazar. From the name itself, it already sounds luxurious doesn’t it? Steve Lazar personally saw to it that his home, which he will provide his family, will be a dream home coming true. It is specifically located in Manhattan Beach, California, USA.
To paint the picture with words, I must say that I had a hard time doing so. At a glance, the house has ascending wood steps where you can walk alongside a body of water that overflows on riverbed stones. Personally, I like this idea of incorporating nature into the entryway of the home. It makes me feel like I’m actually walking on water and the peaceful sound of water calms the nerve as you come home from work. This is definitely a modern home I’d like to go home to at the end of the day.
The modern architecture is three-story high and is composed of stained and polished wood. The immediate impression hereof is entering into an inland resort. The interior design and the implemented house floor plans were impeccable inspired by that of an island villa. This is the main theme of the design both in the interiors and exteriors.
Since it is located near Manhattan Beach, I must say that the inspirational design took advantage of the coastal breezes hence the specific layout of the modern house. I would also like to point out the great kitchen in this architecture. It really looked pristine and professionally looking like that I see on TV.
Furthermore, the neighboring Pacific Ocean has set out the mood of the entire home. It is a combination of modern architecture and naturally calming beach home atmosphere. It is truly magnificent to be living inside this home. The exterior lines created a perfect and playful harmony while combining light and shade.
