The dream home with fascinating and contemporary design elements – this is what essentially defines the Double Bay House located in Australia and designed by the Level Orange Architects. It is a 3-bedroom place of residence which undoubtedly represents modernity, simplicity and minimalistic in its design. It is a modern home indeed.

The modern architecture is clad with solid white concrete floors and has a visual silence with imperceptible spaces as it demonstrates the owner’s concept and idea of an ideal home. The house floor plans have flawlessly demonstrated what modernity is all about through its concrete design.

The modern architects have designed the interiors of the home with pure focus on what’s contemporary and minimalistic as it is clad with strictly neutral colors. The primary colors decorating the house include white and beige. The interior decoration includes simple furnishings that invite plenty of light into the architecture.

Its interior design simply represents what the owners would like their place of residence to be. The interior and exterior relationship has been apparent as it continues toward the small terrace where you can have a relaxing experience on the swimming pool. The several styles or components drawn from the house provide inspiration. That as much with the layout allows the house interior to be oozing with simplicity but at the same time contemporary.

The large windows are clad with shutters to prevent the glaring Australian sun which complement perfectly with each other. The entire house evokes the feeling of being spacious even though the architecture has a minimalistic design.

Level Orange Architects pulled off a very unique and inspirational design of a residential space for a young family as they responded to their need and passion for raw materials and clean space. In fact, the incorporation of rabbit netting, Caesar slab bathroom design and bricks door knobs all represent the same solid concept conceived from the owner’s desires.

Arousing curiosity, the great kitchen which is designed as concealed has provided privacy to the cooking stations. There is the incorporation of the kitchen bench which goes uninterrupted towards the outdoor area into the pool. The space and consistency of the master bedroom has been maintained in relation to the clear glass. Its modern interior is complemented with the spiral staircase as bedside sculpture which gives rise to a private dressing room above.

Overall, the design of the house demonstrates modern design elements molded into an amazing architecture.
