This residence located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil was completed a few years ago by Progetto Architecture & Interiors. The goal of this 745sq meter project was to create a union between the indoor and outdoor areas using a contemporary language. That language allowed them to create an expanded area for leisure activities that feels very much a part of the entire residence.
There are three main levels: the social areas (kitchen, living, dining) on the bottom floor and then the bedrooms and private areas on the top two. There are two sets of stairs (one for service) and an elevator. Using high ceilings to create large yet integrated spaces, the home created an air flow and allows for a surplus of natural sunlight. The poolside opportunities and integrated landscaping are also two other plus factors for this dream home.
Gisele Taranto and Isabella M Lessa Progetto established the architecture and interiors firm in 1998. Since its foundation, Progetto has experienced a steady growth by providing high quality services in all their professional work.
