I am honored to introduce to you Scott’s Pad. This dream home is owned by interior design Scott of Talmon Design, who designed his own modern home. The modern architecture covers an area of 135 square meters and is located in Tel Aviv in one of its building – specifically on the 9th level. The owner – Scott – developed his own concept in the interior design to create wonderfully minimalistic interiors.
Not only that I am honored – I am very much in love with the fluidity of the space and the sheer functionality of this apartment. The apartment has undergone a renovation which involves destroying walls and putting them up again and the total renovation of the bathroom design was done as well. I am not overly feminine and my personality tends to love masculine designs that’s why I fell in love with Scott’s Pad. This design is modernly masculine especially the minimalistic great kitchen. It is straightforward without any excessive details. The implementation of house floor plans was – how can I say it – flawless?
The modern design was complemented and toned down by some antique pieces. The smart choice of furniture like the sofa, white console table and the arm chair on the home office completed the entire pictures. All of the pieces are designed by Scott himself and all of these are classic-inspired. The sofa is inspired by Florence Knoll sofa and the armchairs are vintage finds in a store of Italy circa 1950.
I cannot stress it out further – I simply love this design. No act of pretenses in its design – I must say. Scott, who works from home, developed his own space where he could think, work and produce quality results. I find its entirety inspirational especially its layout – breathtaking almost. Just look at the rug and you’ll love it!
