This is the 5,400 square feet residence that demonstrates exactly what a dream home is. The modern home is located in Montecito, Santa Barbara County, California. It features three bedrooms, three full bathroom design, half baths and bedroom guesthouse.
The modern architecture is undoubtedly heavenly and if you are a landscape fanatic this residence is perfect for you. The layout and the beautiful landscape made it simple to fall in love with nature. Grey shade was utilized for its exteriors, which is surprisingly striking despite the neutrality yet subtle at the same time. The 360 degrees view of the surrounding landscape and the beautiful interior design made the architecture truly inspirational inside and out.
The perfectly implemented house floor plans included the infinity pool with spa that complements well with the sophistication and grandeur of the interiors and the abundantly green landscape.
It also included the distinct sky lighting fixture to efficiently produce a pleasant and comfortable place of residence. The current owner is the world renowned film director and producer – Michael Bay.
