Designed by Duilio Damilano, principal of Italian Architecture firm DAMILANO STUDIO, the home layout is organized horizontally to provide a stylish living space on a single floor. With its simple and elegant rectilinear form externally, the home opens up inside to become a fun, stylish and functional living space.
The home benefits from large open living areas (the home is approximately 3200 square feet), which transition gracefully from one space to another, as well as large windows throughout that flood the home with natural light. The main Living area features elegant contemporary lounge furniture and massive floor to ceiling windows that allow in light from the delightful covered porch outside.
The Dining area reflects the fact this is a family home, with stylish interior design elements accented by a fun theme that includes high back dining chairs on one side of the table and low back dining chairs on the other, as well as colorful adjustable lights above the dining room.
The Kitchen area is just divine in white, accented with stainless steel trim. The thin lines of the counter top that extends to be a breakfast bar, matched by the form of the kitchen stools and the trim around the cabinetry. Such details give a sophisticated feel to the kitchen, which is minimalist and beautiful.
The Bedrooms are interesting and fun, with low contemporary beds in the Japanese style, featuring fun accents such as a faux cactus-type piece that adds contrast to the minimalist elegance.
