This lovely one-story modern dream home is set on a picturesque mid-western grange in Casper, Wyoming. Designed by Abramson Teiger Architects, the Krmpotich Residence is made for a family of four with two separate wings, one for the bedrooms and the other for the public living spaces.
The exterior architecture of the modern dream home is constructed of wood, glass and concrete. These materials are echoed in the interior design as well. The use of wood and concrete represent the harmony between nature and man. The contemporary interior design consists of primarily neutral colors with warm undertones. The concrete walls help to reinforce the structure against 100-mile-per-hour winter winds and help provide thermal mass for interior heating.
A modern open kitchen is out-fitted with custom wooden cabinetry and state-of-the-art appliances.
The sizeable living room made for entertaining guests, features modern seating and accent furniture, plus a grand piano. Many of the walls throughout the home are adorned with modern and abstract works of art.
