The Marquis Estate of Cherry Creek, an amazingly modern and luxurious Colorado dream home designed by firm Site 7 Solutions, was recently put on the real estate market as of March 2010. Though I am not sure whether the home has been sold as of yet, the images alone could definitely sell the house to anyone just viewing it on the Internet. I could only imagine what it is like to see the house in person and actually live in it. The modern façade is comprised of various elements including brick, steel and stone.

As you enter up a few stairs toward the home’s front entrance, you pass through a wooden and brick fence that serves as the threshold between the public streetscape and the private entryway patio. Inside the home, you will find a very modern and contemporary interior design. There are exposed building elements such as steel beams, a modern stainless steel kitchen and steel stairwells and catwalks leading to lofted areas. Other notable rooms include a wine cellar, movie theater/entertainment room and contemporary bathrooms with large showers and modern bath fixtures. The greatest indoor feature of the home is the indoor lap pool, which I am sure is heated for relaxation and as aquatic exercise during the winter season.
