This contemporary sideboard was designed by Julian Appelius, in his Berlin studio, for Pulop. It was then formally launched at MAISON & OBJET PARIS in September. The Boxer‘s form is made from a sheet of 2 mm powder coated steel in either black or white. The removable boxes contained within the structure are made of beech wood and glazed in light and dark grey hues. With the low profile and versatile design of Boxer, you can easily stow away unsightly necessities in the boxes and use the open shelves for books or other decor. The curiously wavy top and object of interest and function in and of itself could also be perfect for display.
