Pool Table by Freshwest

The UK based design company Freshwest has successfully combined narrative and humor in this conceptual design. The “Pool Table” coffee table is a playful design and certainly conversation piece. It is made from a 50 mm thick slab of acrylic that reflects and refracts light to, in effect, resemble a swimming pool. The miniature diving board further adds to this illusion. If it were a real pool, I’d be taking a swim right now.
