The restaurant design’s success has been attributed of the uniqueness of its location in San Francisco. The inclusion of the billowing glass sculptures into the restaurant design has made it very contemporary. The walls are clad with oak strips reclaimed from barrels of whiskey. The building demonstrates classic as it has been developed from a 1912 warehouse but the addition of the corrugated-zinc curtain. The classic-urban style of the establishment has been illustrated in details through the use of different materials. The inspiration of such design has been taken from the sustainable roots of agriculture extending it not only to the building’s design but also its various menus.

The focal point of the bar design is the inclusion of the clear glass tube curtains that became the skyline of the restaurant design which allows natural sunshine from the skylights.
