Modern Restaurant Design: Media Grill and Bar Opens at Hilton Anatole

This amazing restaurant, the Media Grill + Bar, announced its opening today in the Hilton Anatole hotel in Dallas, Texas. The restaurant is a $5 Million dollar investment that is part of a $25 Million renovation of the hotel’s Atrium II area. Let’s take a closer look at this very chic and trendy new hi-tech bistro.

At 7,500 square foot, Media Grill + Bar is a large venue that boasts complimentary Wi-fi, 26 HD screens and the largest commercial flat screen available at 103 inches. If all that visual stimulation isn’t enough, the venue boasts an interactive bar, or I-Bar, and also a Moovit floor, which allow for interactive changes in colors, shapes and custom graphics and messages through guests interaction.

The decor is stylish and modern, and the result of collaberative team work from Dallas-based architecture firm Merriman Associates Architects and interior design by EDG from San Rafael, California. The lighting is by Dallas-based Scott Oldner Lighting Design and audio by Dallas-based R2W Inc.

With color-changing RGB LED lighting, Media Grill + Bar can perform chameleon-like changes to the mood and atmosphere, and can be programmed to respond to the pace of the music, or to one of six ‘scene’ modes such as day, dusk, night, late night and DJ mode.

This is a stylish and inviting media-themed venue that is sure to become one of the hotspots for both local tech-savvy clients, as well as visiting guests to the Hilton Anatole.
