Seattle’s Mosler Lofts bring together green design and the clean, urban style of loft living in the city’s downtown area. The 150-unit residential loft tower, designed by San Francisco-based architecture firm Mithun, has shops on the ground floor and residences above, and an abundance of green features. Extensive daylighting, FSC-certified wood for floors and cabinets, a green roof and low-VOC finishes earned the building LEED Silver certification, which it wears with style.
