Shores of Denmark, a company renowned for furniture that is used by the world’s leading cruise lines, is hosting an industry exhibition tomorrow, March 16th, at the former Versace Home in Miami Beach, Florida. As well as kitting out cruise ships, Shores of Denmark has collections for the home too – while we can’t make it, we thought to feature some of their excellent scandinavian-style furniture.

Shores of Denmark excel in seating, with a range of chairs in Chic and Elegant styles. We particularly like the Rin, designed by Japanese designer Hiromichi Konno in 2008, which comes in a range of fabric colors.

The Oxford, designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1963, is a Mid-century classic, as is the PK71 nest of 3 tables – a timeless classic designed by Poul Kjaerholm in 1957. We love, mid-century, as our regular readers already know, and these are two chic and elegant pieces.

We also love their Attiude Lounge Chair, designed by the Danish designer Morten Voss in 2006. We’re fond of many of their styles and encourage you to check out their website.
