Store Design: Dri Dri Local Italian Gelato by Elips Design

I always love fun-loving design – not too rigid and not too carefree. This is how I looked the Dri Dri Local Italian Gelato, which is a retail design by Elips Design.

This store design is complementary to the lovely pop-up ice cream stall located out front of St. Martins Lane Hotel in London. Its location is ideal and the commercial design really attractive that it can lure everyone to take a taste of their ice cream. The amazing store is a temporary Italian gelato with concept that was conceived, developed, created and implemented by the modern architect at Elips Design. The store space is meant to serve gelato from the company Dri Dri.

According to Elips Design, St. Martin Lane’s hotel has a dynamic retail space especially the Front Room. Therefore, it is only right to remain dynamic from what I’ve said the shop design is far from being static or dull. It has life and it looks like it is always changing. The Front Room housed other creative collaborations like The Convenience Store, The Design Museum, Wallpaper, Nowness and Angela Hill.

This time the Front Room will now become the temporary shop for Dri Dri Italian Gelato. At a glance, it looks reminiscent of an idyllic Italian beach with its usual decking and colored beach cabins, chairs and tables complete with sun umbrellas. The customers will immediately see the Mediterranean touch at the heart of London’s busy center while enjoying their gelato.
