Restaurant Design: Caffee the Sol by Design BONO

This is the first time I’ve seen a restaurant design so endearing like the classics but charming like the modern. Caffee the Sol is created by Design BONO and for me there is definitely nothing like it. I would never grow tired looking at the authentic space. The restaurant interiors created evoked the feeling of lightness and of sheer enthusiasm – almost sunny in fact, which is not found in most urban contexts.

This is a place where people can have fun while relaxing and eating drinking their favorite beverage as well as eating their favorite dish.

A high ceiling was set and it created a relatively narrow space where a seemingly endless pillars run from floor to ceiling. This created a forest-like effect and I could have sword it had an endearing effect to this hospitality design. It was almost as if the creation of the design concept was quick enough just to scatter the columns throughout but it was already planned in the conceptualization process all along.

I’d say this exceptional project has all the necessary elements to form an elegant yet fun-filled space making it a beautiful restaurant devoid of any fancy and extra elements. Why for? The elements I found were enough to create a sophisticated space. The tension was minimized to the point of extinction by using the high and narrow ceilings and increasing the upper elements to emphasize the narrow space.

The natural and super-natural approach used in the amazing restaurant was refined so that it only creates a space that was more developed and given a new perspective.
